MEET CHUCK AND HEATHER
Meet The Owners
House Check Guys is a locally owned and operated home and condo watch service company located in Jensen Beach, Florida.
For more than 30 years, Chuck has worked in real estate, property management, and development. Over the years, he has owned dozens of homes and rental properties. He gets how important it is to have a set of eyes on your property as often as possible. He's seen first hand how little issues can become big and expensive problems very quickly if left unattended.
In addition to being a Certified Home Watch Professional, Heather's background in graphic design and office management makes her efficiency and attention to detail on point. She’s resourceful and the go-to person to make things happen.
MEET CANDACE & SCOTT
We Care About Your Home
Candace and Scott have been in the Home Watch business for 12 years. Candace saw the need for home watch after a snowbird neighbor's new home had a roof leak while they were away, causing thousands of dollars in repairs.
As a real estate agent on Long Island and a homeowner at 22, Candace learned everything about home ownership from her father and watching repairmen and home inspections.
She is a Florida Master Gardener, with a vast knowledge of all things landscaping, insects
and vermin.
When Scott retired from the automotive business, he joined Candace in the Home Watch business, and assisted homeowners with virtual closings on their new homes.
It has been their pleasure to help homeowners, secure their homes, and give peace of mind that their homes are taken care of in their absence.
MEET DIEGO
Our House Check Dog
Diego Rivera, a retired older gentleman from South Carolina, spent time in shelters and foster homes before officially adopting Heather and Chuck as his forever family. When he’s not on the couch napping, he’s happiest with his nose on the ground or greeting people at the door with
his toy shark, Harold.

We will then meet you at your home to assess your unique needs.
Our home visits also allow you to meet us and see if we are the right team to protect your home.
HCG will then create a contract for your approval covering everything discussed at your home.
